Position: AWS Infra Engineer (Terraform)

Location: Remote 100%

Duration: 12+ Months

 ***Requires Passport number for H1B's. Unable to sponsor OPT EAD's***

Job Description:

• Overall 9+ years of experience 
• Proficiency/Certification in AWS (Solution Architect Associate/SysOps Admin)
• Should have strong hands-on experience in these AWS Services (EC2,VPC,S3,KMS,IAM, System Manager, Lambda, Kinesis Firehose, Guardduty, Route53, Transit Gateways, Endpoints)
• Proficiency in GIT
• Proficiency in AWS CLI/UNIX/SHELL SCRIPTING
• Strong knowledge and experience of working with Infrastructure Automation. Knowledge of IaC (1-2 years of hands-on experience â€" Terraform or other similar technology)

Plus Skills:
• Strong Understanding of Networking Concepts
• Strong knowledge of Security Concepts
• Understanding of DevSecOps technologies
• Experience of working in Agile
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Identify and minimize technical exposure, risk, and debt within the organization.
• Proactively provide feedback regarding infrastructure engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices.
Degrees, certifications/training: 
A bachelor’s degree, particularly in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) is preferred. Substantive experience in infrastructure automation and / or linux administration may be a substitute.
