Job: Scrum Master with SAP PROCURE-TO-PAY Experience

Job Description:

·         The IT Supply Chain group is looking to onboard a Scrum Master or Project Manager with experience in the SAP PROCURE-TO-PAY processes.  The candidate must be familiar with the business process including all tasks starting from a purchase requisition and finishing with payment to the vendor.  The ideal candidate will have experience implementing the SAP Ariba sourcing solution and overseeing configuration of the Ariba Network

·         Acquire and coordinate necessary resources to meet project needs.

·         Plan and track all project activities using Jira, Portfolio and other project management tools.

·         Manage project scope, time and cost to meet client commitments.

·         Lead various project meetings: Product Backlog Prioritization, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Retrospective, etc.

·         Ensure quality of project team deliverables.

·         Document and report status and issues.

·         Participate in technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects and ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented..

·         Upon project completion conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of services from implementation to support.

·         Manage P2P team’s project portfolio on Jira and also ensure that Agile Best Practices.

·         Manage and support the project prioritization and intake process for P2P portfolio.

·         Collaborate with NEE IT procurement team and support Request for Proposal (RFP), Vendor Evaluation, Scope of Work (SOW) and Contract review for P2P implementations.

·         Work with P2P team to proactively identify potential projects and support estimation and business case creation.

·         Prepare status reports for BU and IT Leadership meetings.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred.

·         Minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions.

·         Solid project management and team leadership skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced, technical environment.

·         Excellent planning, organizational skills and ability to follow-through until process are completed.

·         Experience in leading Agile/Scrum projects.

·         Experience in SAP SRM, SAP MM, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba

·         Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira, Portfolio, Qmetery, Confluence, etc.

·         Proficient in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

·         Proficiency using computers and exposure to IT infrastructure components.

·         Prior experience as a Business Analyst is preferred.
