Safety Analysis of Systems / Subsystems/ Modules / Components
Failure Analysis, Risk Analysis & Computation Safety Integrity Level ( SIL)
Reliability Prediction
Identification Single point & Multi-point failure
Subsystems like Motor Speed controller, Motors, Sensors & Actuators, Articulated Mechanisms, Closed loop Control Systems
Technical reviews of deliverables / work products
Interaction with Solution architects / other Experts / Design & Verification engineer to seek their help and support in resolving complex Failure issues, Root cause analysis
FMEA, FTA & RCA, 8D Report,
Prediction using Statistical & Probability Methods –Failure rate, Issue Pivot
Electronics Component stress & de-rating analysis
Knowledge in Reliability estimations like MTBF, MTTF, MTTR
Knowledge in PDCA cycle to solution implementation
Mentor middle level Engineers in Application Safety & Reliability Eng Techniques
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master’s Degree in related fields is highly preferred.
