Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Analytics Lead, you enjoy learning about the digital customer journey and deciphering and analyzing drop off points in the funnel. You also enjoy connecting the dots and providing recommendations to improve the customer journey through data and insights.
You will have three primary functions in this role:
Primary function: Funnel drop off, Online/ Offline marketing analysis
Where are prospects/customers dropping off in the digital funnel - where are people coming from, device type, browsers and where are they dropping off in the funnel and which product/service plans are the customers using. What is the customer journey, friction points and the patterns and by geographic location? Need to articulate and understand how customers are using digital. Using Adobe Analytics to provide detail around the above actions.
You will present your data or findings to senior audience in a convincing and collaborative manner.
Secondary function: Work with product teams product teams and help guide them on enhancements to the web and digital products.
Third function: You will need to be an excellent storyteller and communicator along with a strong knowledge of A/B testing. You will come up with hypothesis and use the data science team’s expertise to formulate hypothesis, interact with UX/CX teams to come up with design ideas and push the hypothesis via Adobe Target. Validate the results and come up with production ready test.
Additional skills:
Skilled and help debug Adobe on the browser, using the debugger and analyze what's going on this site in case something is broken and work with a seasoned technology team and provide them feedback to fix tags and conduct testing.
Good understanding of Adobe products. Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe AEM. Someone who has implemented the Adobe products for last 5 years.
Self-starter and highly motivated, someone who can lead the junior analysts.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and collaboration skills while being able to effectively connect the dots and tell a visual story of findings and recommendations.
