Hello ,   Hope you all are doing great.   Please revert me with your interest for this role.                                     IT BUSINESS ANALYST | PROJECT LEAD Houston, TX (Technical consultant) preferably with experience of Energy/Utilities background .Strong candidate with good attitude and comm skills. This position requires knowledge of utility/energy sector, consulting experience, a full understanding of the SDLC. • Work with Project Managers to manage delivery and to define tasks and estimates for project plan; • Understand overall project goals and reporting needs to inform design decisions; • Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures to guide design decisions; • Generate requirements specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams, user interface designs, and other system documentation; • Translate business requirements into technical requirements; • Track scope and changes throughout implementation; • Develop data flow diagrams with swim lanes to depict current state and future state; • Coordinate project activities across multiple resources; • Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate when and where appropriate; • Facilitate both in person and remote meetings; Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or related field • 10+ years of professional experience • 5+ years of related Business Analyst experience • Ability to identify and elevate risks • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Ability to work with various resources • Experience with MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Must be a self-starter and have a can-do attitude Thank you.
