Position: Python Application Developer with Pyspark Exp

Location: NYC,NY or Tampa, FL (Multiple Location)

Duration: 1+ year.

Pyspark is Mandatory

Job Description:

· Proficiency in Python software development

· 5+ years of scripting language development experience in Big Data, Apache Spark,Pyspark/Spark

· Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience

· Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

· Designing and developing enhancements to projects, using Pyspark

· Experience building and configuring solutions in Amazon Web Services, including Lambda, IAM, S3, and CloudWatch will be an advantage

· Working in a Linux environment

· Coordinating with team members on the development of large components

· A working knowledge of algorithms and data structures

· A working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, particularly PostgreSQL Proficient

· understanding of code versioning tools
