AEM Engineer  

Duration: Long Term

 

Required:

 

·         Experience in design and administration for a large Adobe Experience Manager implementation (6.x)

·         Understanding of how to use Sling with the JCR to render content in a variety of formats

·         Ability to install, configure, and upgrade AEM, from Author to web server

·         Understanding of best practices to maximize performance and security of AEM servers

·         Ability to use AEM features and REST services to produce headless content

·         Ability to design frameworks and to create proofs of concept for delivering content to clients

·         A solid understanding of AEM workflows

·         Experience integrating AEM with other products in the Adobe Customer Experience stack (e.g. Target, Campaign, etc.)

·         Ability to work autonomously ahead of core development teams; establish needed architectural runway, forecast needs, and recommend change

·         Experience leading technical teams through the SDLC

 

Desired:

·         Physical onshore presence in St. Louis, MO or Columbia, MD (when offices re-open)

·         Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members

·         Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

·         Experience with AEM Forms a plus

·         Experience in migrating content from another CMS (OpenText  TeamSite, Drupal, WordPress etc.) to AEM
