Job Title: Senior GRC Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA

Rate: $60 /hr on C2C

 

JD:

"•Must: Experience with GRC platform migrations and transitions - SNOW to Archer preferrably.

Governance & Policy Development:

Design, implement, and maintain GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Risk Management:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies.

Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes, ensuring proactive compliance. [devsdata.com], [talkdragontech.com]

Compliance Oversight:

Ensure adherence to standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX.

Coordinate internal and external audits, providing documentation and evidence. [devsdata.com], [cybersn.com]

Incident Response & Reporting:

Develop incident response plans for compliance breaches.

Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to senior management. [ziprecruiter.com]

Training & Awareness:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Security, or related field

7+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR)

Familiarity with GRC tools (RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream).

Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CGEIT

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills"
