JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have 10+ years of Experience
- Installation, Customization and maintenance of z/OS and associated vendor products.
- Support for problem resolution and root cause analysis, infrastructure performance/ capacity management tasks.
- Provide Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for incident and problem management.
- Manage performance, availability, scale, I/O support.
- Plan, stage, execute and test changes applicable for the system environment.
- Includes software refresh / upgrades, preventive maintenance and standard operating procedure based activities.
