JOB DESCRIPTION: 

This position is driven with Developer Level mindset(Strong Java with STS experience, JMeter, Junit) with Perf Testing exp. Candidate must possess capabilities to enable Developer’s doing the Shift-Left Performance during their Unit Test Phase, experience in usage of Dynatrace/Splunk and AWS Cloud experience.

Must Have Requirements:

 

• Hands-On Java development experience ( 2- 3 years) and aware of a number of plug-ins for the IDEs
• Hands-on experience with Performance engineering, scripting and execution, preferably with JMeter
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools like DynaTrace, Splunk, CatchPoint etc.
• Hands-on experience with building dashboards using the above tools

• Extensive experience with Performance Driven Development(PDD) Automation tools/frameworks :JMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium/Selenide web drivers, Junit
• Strong knowledge and understanding of continuous delivery pipelines and tools
• Experience integrating the automation suite with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
• Experience in using JMeter: Junit Request sampler: Run JUnit test cases in multiple threads, Apply JMeter features like: Logic Controllers,Timers,,Assertions, Listeners
• Experience in develop/generating Selenide/Selenium UI scripts for AngularJS framework, and integration of IDE scripts with JMeter/LR
• Expert level proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience in working AWS Cloud, and knowledge of AWS components: CloudFront, S3, API gateway, AWS lambda, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch
• Experience working in a highly automated enterprise class software environment preferably of scale with thousands of tests going through a gated CI pipeline
• Knowledge on profiling tools: Dynatrace oneagent, Java profilers: Oracle JDK JVisualVM
• Experience in analyzing: Thread Dump Analysis/Thread Analyzer, Heap Dump Analysis
• Expert level proficiency in Perf Tuning/Scalability/Capacity Tuning
• Experience in usage of Splunk Log Analytics/write complex search queries/perf metrics dashboarding
• Execute practical application of Agile components (user stories, standups, sprints, etc.).
• Participate in scrum, daily stand-ups, sprints and iterative development activities
• Participate in design reviews for tests, feature development, micro-services and reliability
• Good working knowledge of Chaos/Resiliency testing
