Job Title                           :   SAP SCM Analyst
Location                            :     Paramus, NJ 07652
Mode of Hire                   :     Contract  

Sr. Information Technology Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems, will play an important role in supporting enterprise wide applications of the SKLSI pharmaceutical business. This position is responsible for supporting and enhancing the software systems used to manage processes such as ERP-SAP S/4 HANA, Materials Management, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Order Management, Third Party Logistics Systems. Experience in Learning Management, HRMS, Pharmaceutical Serialization is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting enterprise wide applications for multiple internal business groups. The key tasks for this role are following computer system development processes (including validation as appropriate), coordinating gathering system enhancement requirements from business areas, documenting and translating into solution designs, management of testing process, and implementing changes into production.
Responsibilities
·        Understand, capture and document the business requirements across the systems such as ERP-SAP Materials Management, Pharmaceutical Serialization, Third Party Logistics Systems, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Order Management, Learning Management, HRMS, etc.
·        Pro-actively lead requirement gathering efforts and coordinate with business SMEs, IT architect, Developers, Validation Team to translate information into Functional and Technical requirements specifications
·        Author SDLC deliverables as per computer system validation SOP.
·        Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and functional design specifications.
·        Assist in testing preparation and implementation of new applications.

·        Assist in testing preparation and implementation of new applications.
·        Work with cross-functional IT team to solve problems, implement changes, month end closing activities and monitoring interfaces.
·        Contribute to the creation of operational support documentation and facilitate end user training sessions.
·        Be a liaison between business partners and application solution providers including third-party vendor partners.
·        Follow IT policies, standard operating procedures including processes, for enterprise applications.
·        Works with Supply Chain business clients to understand specific business processes, business drivers and business strategy, and any on-going business needs across multiple areas in the Supply Chain process as appropriate.
·        Shares industry standards/trends with customers and peers within the area of responsibility.
·        Be liaison to ERP SAP managed services for data requirements and configuration changes needed for emerging/new business needs as appropriate.
·        Be liaison to Serialization, 3PL, Supply Chain planning & execution, LMS,HRMS managed services for data requirements and configuration changes needed for emerging/new business needs as appropriate.
·        Complete other ad hoc tasks requested of Director Enterprise Systems.
Qualifications
·        BA/BS degree required.
·        Post graduate degree in a related field, MS, or MBA preferred.
·        SAP certification preferred.
·        Bio-Pharma, Life Sciences industry experience is required.
·        SAP Supply Chain Modules experience is required.
·        Extensive knowledge of business processes related to pharmaceutical industry including the CFR Part 11guidelines, Computer System Validation and FDA guidelines.
·        Has good experience working with pharma companies in areas of ERP(SAP-MM), Pharmaceutical Serialization, Supply Chain Planning and execution, Third-Party Logistics, Order Management, HRMS, LMS, etc.
·        Understands serialization and aggregation process in pharma industry
·        Experienced in maintaining good relationships between stakeholders, both internal and external.
·        Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to meet established deadlines.
·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with others.
·        Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
·        Progressive experience of 5+ years in supporting IT enterprise systems like ERP(SAP-MM), Pharmaceutical Serialization, Supply Chain Planning and execution, Third-Party Logistics, Order Management, HRMS, LMS, etc. or consulting equivalent.
·        Experience of 3+ years in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries or consulting equivalent.
