Job Role: QA lead

Work Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

· Strong QA Lead – Has at least 3-5 years of experience leading global QA teams, overall experience of at-least 10-12+ years in Quality Assurance

· Strong preference to candidates with software development background.

· Experience in setting up QA Processes, metrics, methodology, and building an efficient team.

· Good presentation skills to present QA Stats and status to senior mgmt.

· Good communication and coordination skills required to plan & deliver test solutions by interacting with global QA team, BA, PM and Dev teams.

· Experience in building automation frameworks, and building strong automation team.

· Work in a fast paced and challenging environment, lead a team, and deliver on aggressive timelines

· Technical skills: UFT, Selenium, any scripting [python, shell scripts, etc.], .Net or Java (preferable), SQL, Server Side automation
