Title:              Java Developer Location:         Herndon, VA Duration:         Long Term . 8 Years of Java/J2EE development experience  Provide Technical/functional expertise in high priority production issues • Facilitate Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) related to production incidents/defects and drive corrective action plans. • Identify, present, and drive the implementation of application performance/design improvement initiatives. • Fix Production issues related to application functionality on daily, weekly and monthly basis • Partner with application delivery teams in requirements and design phases and provide functional/non-functional requirement inputs from production support • Work with Service Coordinator & Service Manager to prioritize production issues for resolution.
