JD :

• 8+ years of project management experience, Master's degree required, PMI Certification required.
• Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications preferred.
• Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
• The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
• Specialized knowledge as defined by project required.
• Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Mandatory

• The person will be responsible for main ADO bug management: i. Partner team engagement and management

1. Analysis of bug description and triage as appropriate

2. Assign correct owner ii. Follow up on correct bug assignment and prompt bug action iii. Monitor bug glides and escalate attention as needed iv. Reporting/analysis

Role – Dynamic CRM Technical Support

Location – Redmond , WA

Exp. level – 5+ year in similar skill and role

Duration : Long Term

Administrate, Monitor, Customize, Install and Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365, 2016

·        Implement software and hardware components for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

·        Diagnose and resolve technical Microsoft Dynamics CRM issues

·        Advice System Admin/End-users with customization, Security roles, Solutions, Web resources, Workflows, BFP, ribbon customizations etc

·        Invoice in CRM data Migration (Import Wizard, Dynamics to CRM adapter and Scribe)

·        Understand the client requirements and providing solutions accordingly.

Power Platform knowledge on Azure and development skills

 

  Experience in Develop, customize, and continually manage all aspects of the MS CRM application

 

·         Experience with CRM Cloud

·         Experience in Disaster Recovery testing and documentation

Job Title : Test Automation Lead

Location : San Diego CA

Duration : Long Term

 

Required Qualification :

Minimum 2+ years of strong experience in TOSCA and 1 year with qTest

5+ Years of test lead experience is a must

TOSCA AS1, AS2, AE1,TDS and TQL certifications preferred.

Experience on TOSCA Architect role desired.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Test automation using various tools is a plus.

Test Management with ALM is a plus

ERP testing experience for SAP or Oracle is a must

Has Knowledge in Scripting using C#/Java

 

Preferred

Demonstrate deep understanding of testing methodologies, test automation and software development principles.

Lead planning, estimation and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies.

Lead translation of manual testing scenarios to test automation coverage across multiple toolsets (Tosca, UFT, Selenium).

Contribute to and ensure knowledge of standards across teams.

Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of automated (continuous) testing environments.

Lead training sessions and mentor others on the various aspects of test automation.

Effectively communicate status to stake holders and proactively locate and address concerns.

Champion of TCoE and Agile best-practices, processes, and tools in support of DevOps processes with respect to Test Automation
