Job Title: SOA Lead
Location: Providence, RI
Duration: 10 months
As SOA Support Lead, you will lead the SOA support team for Application Development and Maintenance from onshore. Your role is to Participate in Business Requirement discussions, identify system impacts and design solutions. Ensure application maintenance and compliance to Support SLAs. You will also be responsible for Business interactions, offshore coordination and mentoring team on a continuous and regular basis to ensure knowledge transition and quality delivery.
Role Responsibilities -
Application Maintenance - Production Support and Incident Management.
Ensure compliance to SLAs.
Understand and have good knowledge of technologies, architecture, frameworks and processes used in the project, account and practice.
Should be capable of providing innovative solutions to business problems.
Ensure your projects meet the customer expectations as measured by scorecards and NPS.
Participate in QA activities, final inspection, reviews, audits, metrics data generation, collection, interpretation and submission.
Define and established Configuration Management.
Establish/enhanced template, Guideline, checklists and standards for project and team.
Ensure High quality delivery.
Must be able to Design independently using the best available patterns.
Implement the best practices in coding and design.
Follow HIPAA and PHI data security guidelines.
Mentor team on a continuous and regular basis to ensure knowledge transition and quality delivery.
Generate innovative ideas and apply them in implementing solutions.
