Description:

Advocates information technology security "best practices"

Identifies recurring  problems and recommends plans for prevention and resolution.

Experience supporting end-user IT hardware and software.

Knowledge of IT security principles.

Good understanding in Networking Firewall administration, AD/O365,Mimecast.

Perform tasks in an efficient and effective manner.

Ability to exhibit a positive attitude and to deal with coworkers, Clients courteously in order to maintain effective service-oriented relationships​.

Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instructions.

 

Email Security : 

1.       O365 and Mimecast security Directory Synchronization for user accounts 

2.       Allowing / blocking URL's, 

3.       Users Whitelisting Users / IP's / Domains 

4.       Release emails and attachments on Hold 

5.       Add-remove IP's / domains / users to permitted senders 

6.       Adding IP's / Domains to DNS Bypass Adding IP's / Domain to Anti Spoofing 

7.       Phishing email review and appropriate action 

8.       Extract and Review Email Header information Tracing and releasing held email messages Network Security

9.       Investigate the issues heighted by SIEM monitoring tool/team 

10.   Take appropriate action to address vulnerable/Compromised devices on the network Monitor and investigate the alerts from Firewalls

AD security:

1.       AD accounts review 

2.       Regular health checks 

3.       Report any inactive accounts

Antivirus / Endpoint security:

1.       Monitor and investigating the antivirus alerts from end points

2.        Reporting any malicious incidence to LTI IT team
