Job Description:

Kronos Workforce Management professional with at least 5 years’ experience.
Strong experience in executing Kronos Implementation projects using the SDLC life cycle.
(i.e. experience in requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, issue identification, enhancements and go-live support)
Experience working with Oracle database
Knowledge on configuring Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance and Advanced Scheduling modules
Experience in integrating with 3rd party applications using Kronos API’s
Development of Interfaces using WIM and PLSQL
Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with multiple teams
