Job Posting Title: Test Lead / Automation Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 10+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC with potential day-trips to Winston-Salem, NC and Greensboro, NC.
Level: Senior (6-9 years) or Expert (10+ years) depending on the right candidate Skillsets: - 6-10+ years testing experience, with several years being in a Coordinator, Lead, or Manager role - Project Management skills a plus, as this role could eventually become a leadership role managing other NTT Data and/or Truist testers - SAP Background with experience working on ECC/ERP solution, with modules including SAP Financials, FI-CO, G/L, AR, AP, etc. - Banking/FSI experience is highly recommended, with working knowledge of Deposits, Credit/Lending, Cash Management, Retail & Corp Banking, etc - Ability to understand Truist’s entire landscape and envision how to make their overall testing more efficient and effective. - Experience and working knowledge with testing tools, including Load Testing, Penetration Testing, Break-Fix Testing
