Experience needed:
Azure DevOps (pipelines)
TFS
PowerShell
REST/WCF API calls/integrations
XML/Json/YAML
Git
CI/CD
C# /.Net
Exposure to Networking/servers/storage activities including troubleshooting.
Exposure to AWS, GCP or Azure.
General knowledge of:
Windows server / Linux
Docker
Branch strategies
Postman o similar
.Net Core
IIS
Release management
Terraform or similar
Message queues like RabbitMQ
Plus:
SonarQube (o similar)
Kubernetes
Java
Pulumi
Splunk, SUMO or similar.
Exposure to design and improvements around DevEx (Development Experience)
