Job Description
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile development teams in a Scrum Master role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required
• Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe), and related certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related discipline/work experience
• At least 4 years related experience as a project team member and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Agile software development including coaching on Agile methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience using an Agile project management tool
• Agile coaching experience
• Knowledge of and experience with the application of agile values, principles, and practices including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
