We have an urgent requirement for the position of Bigdata Architect in Chicago, IL & Los Angeles, CA Please share suitable profiles.   Title:         Bigdata Architect Type:         Contract Location:   Chicago, IL & Los Angeles, CA Skills (Mandatory): ·       Strong Hands on experience of working on - o  Hadoop (HDP – Hortonworks or CDH - Cloudera) o  Distributed File System: HDFS / S3 / ADLS o  Apache Spark (using Python or Scala or Java or R) – RDD API, Dataframe and SparkSQL o  Apache Hive (HiveQL, Modeling and Designing Tables, Working with JSON / CSV / XML Data, Performance Tuning, Bucketing and Partitioning) o  Programming Language: Strong in at-least 1 language – Java or Scala or Python ·       Strong experience of at-least 1 Data Ingestion tool – NiFi or StreamSets or Informatica or Talend or Airflow ·       Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills (Critical for Architect roles). ·       Exposure and good understanding of: o  Data Lake, Data Hub, Data Warehousing, Metadata Cataloging o  Linux Shell Scripting o  Apache Sqoop (Importing and Exporting datasets) ·       Good understanding of using GIT / TFS and experience of working on Agile projects   Skills (Nice to Have): ·       Knowledge of working on Traditional DWH and Relational Databases. ·       Good understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning ·       Exposure of working on Cloud (Azure or AWS or GCP) ·       Experience of working in Insurance / Pharma / Healthcare. ·       Exposure to Micro services, Containers (Docker & Kubernetes). ·       Hands of experience in BI Development using Tableau or PowerBI.   Thanks, Mohd Faiz Alam| VBeyond Corporation 678-507-0845| (866) 614-3884 (Fax) faiza@vbeyond.com | http://www.vbeyond.com Address: 485 Amwell Road, Bldg #1, Suite #107 Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
