Client Req: Salesforce Developer at Rockville, MD (F2F is Must)

 
Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: Rockville, MD
Duration: 12 Months+
 
Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • The Salesforce Developer will be responsible to Integrate Salesforce ticketing system with the Enterprise JIRA ticketing system.
  • The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the overall analysis, architecture, design, implementation and support of solutions.
  • Responsible to provide solution for customer intake request.
  • Responsible to provide all technical architecture and solution documentation related to web-API.
  • Responsible to develop outbound and inbound process to create or update case records in both Salesforce and Jira.
