Job Description:-
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, with fundamentals in design patterns, security, and
front end development
• Experience with J2EE and Spring required
• Full stack development including Java, Apache Solr, Spring, Hibernate, SQL and No-SQL
databases, jQuery, ExtJS, CSS, RESTful Web Services
• Experience on solr as part of cloudera distribution is an added advantage
Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience of development and supporting applications on SOLR Technology Platform and Engine configuration.
• Experience in Java.
• Exposure to writing and deploying custom components in Solr
• Hands on experience with Solr 5.x or higher
• Experience in Integrating SOLR Search with Java based applications
• Have basic understanding of UML, XML, Web Services
Generic Skills
• Ability to take business requirements and develop functional design and help in technical design.
• Ability to work with remote teams
• Ability to manage project scope.
• Ability to ensure quality of the delivered components.
• Onshore / Offshore team management
• Offshore co-ordination for construction and testing of defects/BRs, review and code delivery.
