Tech Business Analyst

JD:
The candidate will be in charge of two topics
- Part of the AML application replacement project :Technical business analyst to cover all project steps
- Part of Transaction filtering activities (OFAC) : Continuous activities to ensure correct functioning of the applications and processes (data analysis , documentation , System ongoing testing , upstream and downstream systems review .. )
- Part 504 certification related to Transactions filtering and monitoring : provide and control all IT deliverables.
Experience Required
Experience as functional expert on project and application related to Filtering and AML ,
Knowledge of sanction related application : OFAC FCCM , Fircosoft , BSA reporter or Actimize
Knowledge of DFS part 504 regulation principles
Functional knowledge on transactions filtering and AML
Excellent technical background to be able to read programs , interact with developers , review technical documentation , define functional architecture , coordinate integration testing
Experience with audits and regulatory examination related to transactions filtering and monitoring
Candidate must have good exposure in Swift, US payments FED and CHIPS.
Skills
Knowledge of payments , Swift , ideally Fedwire and chips
Knowledge of financial security , specifically sanctions : transaction filtering and monitoring ,
Additional : KYC , trade finance
SQL queries in Oracle and sql server
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to control and produce high quality systems and functional documentation
Exposure to compliance programs like OFAC and AML is mandatory
Fast learner
Knowledge of trade finance activities will be a plus but is not mandatory
