Position :TIBCO Developer Contract: 3 years  Location: Dallas, TX Interviews: 1st round: Phone interview; 2nd round: On-Site or Skype (if candidate is not local to the Dallas, TX area) Currently seeking a TIBCO Developer for our Systems Integration practice. Responsibilities Collaborates with IT partners across the organization for creating functional/technical specs and solution designs for all integration services including mapping documents Designs integration service interfaces & schemas using industry standards, patterns and canonical representations Develops services using Business Works 6.x, Enterprise Message Service (EMS)/JMS, TIBCO Adapters, JAVA, SOA, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, Microservices and Unix/Linux Develops and executes automated unit and performance tests of integration services Assists with evaluation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), project estimation and engages in performance testing and tuning activities Mentors other team members on TIBCO and integration related best practices Qualifications 5-6 years of development experience using TIBCO AMX BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x, BW Adapters Enterprise Message Service, Designer/Studio and other TIBCO suite of products Experience with full project life cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, test, and support Solid experience in managing and monitoring TIBCO using tools such as TIBCO Administrator, HAWK Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML technologies, GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix/Linux shell scripts In-depth understanding and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-Services based solutions Hands-on experience developing complex services/solutions based on Enterprise Integration Patterns and Coding best practices Proactive and able to catch issues before failures Experience with common enterprise security protocols Possess a strong work ethic; takes pride in producing a quality product and a strong team player Work with production support and project consultants in an onshore / offshore model Support off-hours production issues and code deployments as needed Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with leadership capability Preferred Skills and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Certification in TIBCO BW (BusinessWorks)   Thanks & Regards   Ekta Asthana Technical Recruiter Exarca Phone: 469-210-7496 Cell no: 315-987-3343 Exarca Inc. 118 Carolynn Lane, Murphy Texas 75094 USA Email :  ekta.asthana@exarcainc.com|| www.exarcainc.com
