Job Description:

Seasoned Production Support Manager with experience running Managed Services teams for Java/J2ee/ microsevices based applications/ projects.
Must have experience in managing large teams supporting highly critical applications in a dynamic and demanding environment
Must bring value and create a positive impact on the customer and end-user experience.
Responsible for ensuring the team meets all the SLAs and KPIs.
Responsible for ensuring the backlog remains under control and takes necessary actions to reduce the ticket count.
Responsible for planning and managing all changes to software and/or infrastructure.
Responsible for risk planning and management.
Responsible for managing all escalations and bring them to resolutions.
Responsible for status reporting and reviews on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Responsible for participating and hosting conference bridges for P1/P2 incidents.
Periodically perform gap analysis and makes recommendations.
Ensuring the team completes the RCA within a stipulated time and tracks the actions to closure
