Job: - SAP S/4 Hana BRIM Functional (CI/CC/SOM)

Location: Harrisburg, PA-Remote (once in a month onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities:

•                     Study and understand our client's current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system

•                     Study and understand our client's desired Billing and Revenue functionality for the new solution

•                     Act as our client's BRIM subject matter expert and represent our client in meetings and workshops and works with the SI team to ensure our client's needs are met

•                     Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to our client's leadership with enough details for our client's leadership to decide on how to proceed

•                     Reviews SI's documentation on behalf of our client and advises to our client's IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation

•                     Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement

 

Required Skills & Experience:

•                     8-12 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes

•                     More than 5 years of experience in SAP FI-CA & Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM)

•                     More than 3 successful SAP BRIM implementation experiences in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape

•                     Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center-based back office is highly desired

•                     Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project

•                     Certifications / Education in all cases

•                     Bachelor's degree in engineering or a bachelor's degree in technology from a recognized university
