Responsibilities ∙ Elicit requirements – conduct requirement elicitation, document the results and confirm them ∙ Analyze the requirements – organize and prioritize the requirements elicited, model the requirements, determine assumptions and constraints, and validate these ∙ Manage & communicate the requirements – Manage the solution, requirements scope and traceability, with an eye towards future reuse ∙ Assess and validate the solution – assess the requirements coverage and validate the solution Qualifications/ Minimum qualifications ∙ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science ∙ 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity ∙ Proficiency with SQL and database management ∙ Strong exposure in performing GAP analysis ∙ Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights ∙ Strong banking domain knowledge – familiarity with commercial lending & leasing, mortgages, deposits and factoring ∙ Experience generating process documentation and reports Preferred qualifications ∙ Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio ∙ Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management ∙ Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions ∙ Extensive experience with data visualization ∙ Highly proficient technical writing capabilities  Aman Kr.
