Job Description: 
The client is looking for a cloud operations analyst with experience in both Azure and AWS platforms. 

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience: 
• Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of IAM policy permissions and Azure RBAC.
• Understands and can develop ARM and cloud formation templates.
• Ability to provision core services.
• Proficient in PowerShell and python.
• Experience with Service Now and ability to manage general support requests.
• Ability to identify and fix security issues in AWS and Azure accounts.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong technical background and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience working in Agile operational and project environments
