Job Description:

Applications Consultant 1 - Digital Workforce Program – Center of Excellence Technical Lead

· 3 years’ experience with Blue Prism / RPA technologies

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of RPA technologies and solutions and underlying IT services with an innovative mindset to push next-generation thinking

· Extensive knowledge of RPA platforms (Blue Prism/Pega) and advanced process automation capabilities (chatbot, machine learning, BPM, etc.)

· Experience in rolling out large IT implementation programs using agile delivery method

Nice to have skills

· Ability to operate/interact with senior client resources at director level or higher

Role Responsibilities

· Provides guidance on the best fit technology across the automation spectrum

· Ensures close collaboration with IT Security to standards, governance, and compliance

· Establishes and drives development standards, reuse, and best practices

· Establishes standard architecture and repeatable design patterns

· Oversees design and code review processes; Design/Code review approval

· Responsible for developer training, enablement, and coaching

· Facilitates developer forum and interaction

· Monthly development metrics

· Escalation management
