Job opening for Salesforce Solutions Architect

Position: Solution Architect with Salesforce Admin Background

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6 – 12 months

 

Desired Product Qualities / Experience:

  • Has worked directly with sales, operations, marketing, etc. units to understand business issues, gather requirements and translate into actionable user stories
  • Experience partnering with technical resources (i.e. architects, admins, Devs) to develop complete solutions with consideration to end user experience, leadership insights needs and the existing technical ecosystem
  • Can-do attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the team; healthy sense of urgency  
  • Understands the need for business tradeoffs and can clearly summarize / articulate for a leadership audience
  • Ability to quickly conceptualize processes and quickly assess for technical complexity
  • Strong communicator (both written and oral), organized writer   
  • Experience working in Agile environment, with at least bi-weekly cadence

Nice to have experiences:

  • Past life as an SFDC Admin or Dev (see qualities below)
  • Rally / Jira / Agile Craft user  
  • Data analytics / insights building

 

Desired Admin Qualities / Experience:

  • Worked in sales facing SFDC orgs, with multiple selling channels and selling support teams
  • Light data analysis / insights / Business Analyses
  • Experience working with Devs to partner on solutions
  • Data loading / mapping between systems
  • Has worked in LEX (Lightning), created users/profiles, custom objects, process builders, validations
  • Has spent time conducting UAT, triaging defects and providing inputs to improve processes
  • Strong communicator, unafraid to poke holes in a process and ask questions

Nice to have experiences:

  • Technical Documentation (e.g. mapping objects, fields, processes)
  • Ability to create/read basic test classes and debug logs
  • Data Tools (DemandTools, Cloudingo)
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Automation (Pardot, Marketo)
  • 3rd Party Selling Apps (InsideSales.com, Outreach.IO, prospecting tools, etc.)
  • Funnel management dashboards / reporting
