. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
. Experience meeting with end users to gather technical requirements.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements.
. Identifies problems, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, and drives solutions, tests to confirm.
Roles & Responsibilities
. Gathering system requirements for new functionalities
. Propose and design new process improvements flows
. Validate system requirement and able to understand gaps
. Client interaction and management.
