Title: GIS Test Lead 

Worksite location: Tampa, FL

Full time / Contract         

Job Description- 

Mandatory Skills:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in GIS testing
- Expert knowledge of automating tests and building frameworks
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience with GIS and Telecommunication.
- Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS server, ArcMap, ArcSDE, Arc Catalog.
- Very good knowledge in Selenium
- Knowledge of API testing, Rest and Soap

 

Preferred Skills: 
- Experience in embedded firmware testing

Experience in SoapUI
- Experience in testing cloud based systems

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

•                    Interact with client / dev teams & understand the requirements
•                    Lead and own GUI and API automation work.
•                    Design and maintain Automation frameworks.
•                    Make sure the rest of the teams have the tools to create automated tests in a structured way.
•                    Explain and teach basic coding standards for more junior members of the team.
•                    Perform manual testing to understand features and architecture of our products.
•                    Conduct testing on all software products utilizing systems analysis techniques and procedures.
•                    Identify defects and work closely with software development to resolution.
•                    Collect metric data for trend analysis.
•                    Publish test reports and review material prior to general distribution.
•                    Able to work both in a team or independently when required, taking pride in data integrity and accuracy in the analysis.
•                    You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may reasonably be required of you.
