Please let me know your thoughts on this exciting opportunity with us.      Role: Sr. AS/400 Programmer Location: Richardson, TX Duration of Project: 12+ Months Contract – W2 and C2C                           Job Details: Candidate should have outstanding leadership and technical skills to drive solutions, estimates and provide proposal support. 1. Candidate should have expertise in  AS400 System. 2. Should have Expert knowledge of RPGLE/CL 400/SYNON. 3. PBM or Healthcare experience is desirable. 4. RxClaim expericence is an added advantage. 5. Experience Working with ALDON   Roles:    1. Work closely with internal and external partners/vendors and lead all phases of new implementations including planning, design, configuration, development and coding of custom features and integration points. 2. Lead technical design, implementation and delivery of projects and report project status to stakeholders 3. Ability to work with resources within the team and other teams to provide the required solutions 4. Lead a group of onsite and offshore developers. 5. Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks. 6.
