Dear partners,         Please go through the Job description and revert me with your comfortness on the same       Position : Scrum Master   Location: Pasadena, CA   Duration : Long Term           Job Description:   ·   Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on agile values, principles, methods and practices. ·   Organize and facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and sprint/release planning meetings. ·   Remove impediments and/or guide the team to remove impediments by engaging the right business or IT stakeholders. ·   Build a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised candidly and honestly with an emphasis on problem solving and continuous improvement. ·   Facilitate getting the work done by influencing teams toward a practice of self-organization and self-management. ·   Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information. ·   Work with the Agile Office to assess the Agile Maturity of the team, and help achieve higher levels of transformation at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team. ·   Support and educate the Product Owner, especially in prioritizing, maintaining and refining the product backlog.     Required ·   First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I). ·   3+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master for one or more software development teams, diligently applying agile principles, theory and practices. ·   Deep understanding of multiple agile methodologies: XP, Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban. ·   Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement. ·   Ability to mentor other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and all members of cross-functional agile teams. ·   Strong facilitation skills with the ability to understand organizational challenges, and willingness to work with leadership to resolve key impediments. ·   Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar agile backlog/task management software).           Thanks & regards,  Rishi Srivastava | VBeyond Corporation | Hillsborough, NJ 678-606-9824 Ext. 226 | (866) 614-3884 (F) | RishiS@vbeyond.com | http://www.vbeyond.com Hangout ID – Krs00094@gmail.com
