Desired Experience

3+ Years of experience in Workday application and experience in developing integration using Core connectors, EIBs, reports and Studio. Exposure to support projects and process. Strong background in HRMS modules like Core HR, Base Benefits, payroll, Global Payroll

 

Required Skills

Good understanding of the Life Sciences Industry. 

Experience supporting workday Applications and Systems. 

Experience in designing, developing, implementing and supporting customizations for interfaces in Workday Application. 

Development experience using Studio, Core Connectors and EIB related to Workday HCM Core Services 

 

Role Expectations

Troubleshoot application incidents

Support integration enhancement requests.

Perform functional design reviews. 

Participate in joint application design (JAD) sessions related to enhancements. 

Perform Unit test on configuration changes and complete documentation. 

Support UAT and perform deployment activities.

 

Workday Core HCM Consultant

Seattle, WA

6 Months

 

 

Role description: Client-facing role, responsible for shaping solution, designs, processes, and engaging with a cross-section of teams in rolling out the global Workday solution. These HCM Program Managers would be an extension of the client team.   

 

The individual must be able to work as an interlock between IT and business proactively running all design sessions, user stories and use case development and overseeing integration, change management, test and deployment.   

Key traits: Highly visible, client facing / have backbone to facilitate decision making across business and IT. Consulting type role with HCM technical know-how. Must be senior enough to be able to lead and manage programs. E.g. "Here’s how we are going to roll-out the new Payroll process". Must have backbone.  

 

iOS Developer

Design, build and configure Native iOS applications to meet business process and application requirements. 4 to 5 years of experience in Swift programming.
