Responsibilities include planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all LAN attached hardware and installed software.
Ability to communicate with all levels of co-workers a must. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsible for Troubleshooting hardware/software/phone issues on a timely basis Monitor and analyze Help Desk entries to ensure clients' needs are properly met Install new / rebuild existing PCs configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc.
Perform daily backup monitoring, Verifies completion and integrity of daily/monthly backups.
IP phone system - Perform Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes Organize and coordinate activities associated with installation, deployment, and upgrade of software, hardware, voice/video resources Provide on-going education and training to users Propose changes or solutions to products and services for optimal business results, as well as investigate customer relationship problems Analyzes business processes, assesses and defines customer specifications and requirements, proposes business solutions and services needs to satisfy customer requirements, and facilitates solution design, building, and testing.
