Location: White Plains NY Duration of Project: 6+ Months C2C and W2.                           Job Details: Must Have Skills: 1.        Manage the various Tracks under the Sub-Cluster (135 applications) 2.        Ensure resource flexibility and  availability for operational support 3.        Act as an escalation point for the Tracks under the respective Sub-Cluster 4.        Highlight risks and dependencies to the Cluster Lead in a timely manner 5.        Performs the following ITSM roles: a.        Incident Manager and Major Incident Coordinator for any incident or Major Incident assigned to the respective Sub-Cluster or Track -              Problem Manager for the respective Sub-Cluster -              Change Coordinator for the respective Sub-Cluster -              Functional Release Manager -              Qualifications:         -      More than 14 years of experience in TIBCO Administration -              A minimum of 4 years in a project management role such as technical lead, architect, or any other hands on leadership role. -              Experienced  Hyperion, Essbase, Bo reporting -              Mentoring the team -              Working with onshore and offshore teams -              Experience on providing operational guidance to team, management, disaster recovery, security compliance etc. -              Follow established processes and improve process/procedures to meet new application needs in various areas maintain standards, monitoring, patch management and developing automation tools -              Plan to be part of production issues  to drive the calls. -              A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly. -              Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills -              Passionate about learning new technologies -              Participate in change management discussions -              Onsite and offshore team coordination -              Nice to have:  • Management consulting experience  • Project management experience       Thanks & Regards, Praveen Kumar IDC Technologies Inc. 1851 McCarthy Blvd, Suite 112 to 118 Milpitas, CA 95035 Desk: 408-637-5156 Phone: 732-708-3245 E: praveen.kumar1@idctechnologies.com
