Required/Desired Skills

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates

systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process

reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems

to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard (including Legacy,

Core, and Emerging technologies), business process mapping, and reengineering.

Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as

cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program

functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. •Prepare

and document Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data

warehouse work. Assist with business warehouse/intelligence support and

enhancements. Develops RFPs. Assist in deployment and management of end-user

reporting tools and platforms. Work with IT and business project teams to

understand reporting and data warehousing requirements and propose solutions.

Document and provide knowledge transfer to the rest of the Enterprise Reporting

Team for all solutions. •Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and

procedures within a particular field. Familiar with relational database concepts, and

client-server concepts. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and

accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision;

typically reports to a project manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is

required. • Requirements Manager (10 Years of Experience) o Managing all of the

requirements traceability with the vendor. o Be the lead for validating detailed

requirements with the business after every design/build session. o Manage the

communication to the Project Manager for validation that the requirements are

accurate from the business per the multiple iterations with the business SME's. •

Testing Lead/Manager (10 Years of Experience) o Building a testing plan. o

Creating/training business SME's to create/build test cases for UAT. o Lead the

capturing effort for all test cases results and create the results into the proper

reporting format, per the direction of the Project Manager and the Technical

Sponsor. o Consolidate all defects and be able to trace those defects through defect

management and regression testing. • Training Lead/Manager (10 Years

Experience) o Build the training plan. o Create/training business SME's to

create/build all end user training guides. o Lead the capturing effort to ensure that all

contractual training documents match and then report that information back to the

Project Manager for verification with the technical sponsor for sign off. o Validate

that all training materials satisfy the business needs. o Lead/conduct end user training per the training plan.
