- P2P knowledge
- ECC Procurement domain knowledge / Direct procurement knowledge
- Ability to play Business Analyst role in parallel
General Skills - Familiar with SDLC, Agile, Lean, SCRUM, KanBan or similar development/implementation Methodologies
- Strong verbal communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated, thrives with minimal supervision
- Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done
- Proven experience driving projects to successful completion
- Expert knowledge of Ariba P2P
- Procurement domain knowledge / Direct Procurement knowledge
- 8-10+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
