Experience: Have atleast 7+ year of experience working with hands on SAP GTS consulting.

Functional skills:Have a good functional understanding about Foreign Trade processes (Export/Import) with integration of SD,MM &Logistics: Should be able to translate business requirements into SAP solution.

Support Process Skills:

Good Understanding of SAP System Landscape and integration between SAP modules.

Should have experience in working in support environment - time bound (SLA based) incident resolutions.

Comprehensive Experience of Impact and gap analysis & Corrective action plans to support priority tickets

Knowledge of Change Control processes, testing and release documentation

Usage of testing and support tools like HPQC ALM, Remedy and SAP Solution Manager – CHARM

Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services

Job description:

Should have E2E implementation and Support experience in SAP GTS predominantly worked on all the 3 sub-modules – Compliance, Customs processing &Special Customs process for Europe &North America region.

Good Knowledge on SD, MM &Logistics process and integration with SAP GTS module.

Good experience in understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements and end user cases.

Worked on SAP GTS Compliance Management for Export & Imports including Denied Party screening (SPL), License Management.

Worked on Customs Management module it includes Product classification and electronic communication with AES (US) and European countries.

Worked on Special Customs process in Europe, it includes GPA (NL), Transit Procedure & Inventory Management.

Should be having experience in ALE and EDI integration, interfaces with non-SAP systems.

Good knowledge on Pharmaceutical Legal regulatory (Foreign Trade) requirements for variousCountries for Export & Import shipments.

 

Requirement 2:

Position: SAP Integration Manager

Location: Kalamazoo MI

Contract

Individuals need strong working knowledge of functional architecture, configuration, and functionality of S/4HANA, version 1610 or 1709 preferred.  These individuals must be on shore, 

Proposed tower alignment (1 each for a total of 6 individuals) and module knowledge expertise needed:

  1. Cross tower: broad process/config background to support cross tower processes and configuration (SAP integration manager)

 

Responsibilities for all include:

  • Plan/Design/Build
    • Provide planning data and progress reporting to the PMO
    • Work with business representatives (i.e. BPOs) and Solution Architecture (i.e. ISPO’s) to understand Business Process, User Stories and associated acceptance criteria; conduct workshop if necessary
    • Scope and provide estimates for wave or enhancement requirements within assigned tower(s)
    • Understand integrations with non-SAP applications
    • Write/update and/or review configuration rationales and functional designs for RICEFW objects consistent with solution architecture
    • Write/update and/or review security functional requirements
    • Support master data and data conversion requirements and design
    • Perform and/or review configuration in assigned functional area(s) of S/4HANA
    • Perform and document functional unit tests
    • Manage and coordinate functional changes to a release
  • Test
    • Assist with test scenario identification within tower(s) and integrated non-SAP systems
    • Write and/or review test scripts consistent with design/build (HP ALM experience is a plus)
    • Coordinate user security preparation for testing within tower(s) and integrated non-SAP systems
    • Coordinate master data preparation for testing within tower(s) and integrated non-SAP systems

  • Cutover
    • Contribute to cutover planning for cutover activities needed within assigned tower(s)
    • Perform assigned cutover tasks (ie. manual configuration) consistent with the cutover plan
  • Hypercare
    • Contribute to hypercare preparation including coordinating rosters and work schedules within assigned tower(s)
    • First point of contact for incidents, requests, and problems within assigned tower(s) and integrated non-SAP systems
    • In coordination with assigned run team members and other cross functional individuals, prioritize, communicate (with other program team, run team, wave team and end users), and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within assigned tower(s)

    • Drive execution of tower activities with all stakeholders within assigned tower(s) throughout SDLC lifecycle
    • Coordinate cross-functional activities between towers and technical teams

  • Understanding or Event management is desired.
