CTI Development experience in Contact Center Domain.
Extensive knowledge in Genesys Framework and its components.
In depth knowledge and extensive experience in creating routing strategies and IVR call flows using Genesys IRD Extensive working knowledge of Genesys CME, GA, CC Pulse.
Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting issues in Genesys environment.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
