Job Title: Service Now Developer Location: Columbus, GA Duration: Long Term Note :: Rate is $60/hr on C2C.Please share Only H1b profiles.   Responsibilities: ·      Collaborate with team to create and implement the configuration management plan. ·      Experience using Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to onboard new hardware/software technologies accurately and confirm that items are correctly documented ·      Identify and maintain all assets and features associated with the configuration items (CIs). ·      Conduct configuration audits, correct issues as required, and identify process improvement opportunities. ·      Strong communication skills ·      Ensure the accuracy of CIs within database. ·      Qualifications for the (Cherwell/Service Now/Remedy) (CMDB) Librarian ·      Advanced knowledge of (Cherwell/Service Now/Remedy) components (i.e. Service Catalog, Asset Management, CMDB, Incident/Change Management, Release Management etc.) ·      Strong presentation skills ·      Prior experience performing hardware audits / item configuration as required, to ensure accuracy and manage exceptions to current policies. ·      ITIL V3 Certification is strongly preferred Thanks & regards, Devendra | VBeyond Corporation 678-606-9824 EXT 214 |
