Key requirements are as follows:

Experience in Fenergo, Pega, Activiti/Alfresco or any other BPM tool that requires strong data modeling expertise.
Knowledge/experience with Modeling techniques (e.g. UML, ERD, OO)
Someone who can translate business requirements into a solution
Great understanding of domain models (Abstraction)
API, Rest or/and SOAP integration knowledge
Good technical Background
Experience of Agile / Scrum Projects, with proven ability to work in a team environment
