Positions: Business Analyst
Location: West Des Moines, IA 
Duration: Long term

Visa: No H1B
Max Rate- $55/hr on C2C

Job Description:

• Must have BABOK Certification.
• Facilitates and leads interviews with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive needs and potential interdependencies.
• Leads analysis efforts and coordinates efforts of other BSAs.
• Analyzes business problems and makes recommendations for creative solutions.
• Facilitates, prioritizes, and proposes business process re-designs to maximize process results.
• Participates in vendor requests for information or proposals (RFI/RFPs).
• Embraces change and provides encouragement to guide others through change; manages conflict.
• Fosters relationships across multiple business and technology areas.
• Increases business acumen and awareness of best practices to continuously improve business analysis capabilities.
• Proficient at right-sizing the message to the audience.

 
Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of progressive responsibility & successful business systems analysis experience.
• Proficient in business analysis concepts (business process modeling (BPM), context diagrams, use cases, user stories).
• Proficiency with techniques used in requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, and project planning and analysis activities.
• Proficient in Project Management and SDLC processes; awareness of Agile/Iterative approaches.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and  work experience.
• BABOK certification preferred. Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner training preferred.
• FLMI preferred.

• Business Process Modeling (BPM), diagrams, user cases, user stories
• Proficient in Project Management and SDLC processes
• Agile/Iterative

 
Nice to have:

• FLMI preferred
• BABOK
