Mid-level PeopleSoft technical or techno-functional consultant specialized in PeopleSoft ERP. The total experience is required to be between 5-7years. The candidate needs to have good communication skills and must be a team player.
Requirements
Experience in Implementation, Design, Development, Testing, and Support phases.
Experience in Upgrade activities Upgrade and Change Assistant.
Expertise in Application Designer, Application Packages, People Code, Application Engine, Workflow, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Primarily Functional knowledge in Campus Solutions Modules. Finance and HRMS are added advantage.
Expertise in XML Publisher reporting , Component Interface, iScripts, Integration Broker, File Layout, Security, Process Scheduler, Data Mover and PS Query tool.
Local PS FSCM Developer (or willing to relocate), preferably with App Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, Integration Broker experience.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in design and development of PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements.
· Upgrade and modify PeopleSoft applications as per business needs.
· Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.
· Perform code reviews and recommend improvements
· Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions related to PeopleSoft environment needs.
· Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.
· Develop and mentor other team members to provide backup for PeopleSoft Administrator duties.
· Evaluate/implement technical solutions related to the integration of PeopleSoft with external systems.
· Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.
· Provide support in all phases of SDLC.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of PeopleTools experience, current experience with version 8.55 preferable.
· FSCM AP/AR a must.
· HCM and other FSCM experience a plus
Job title: RPA Production Support Analyst

Summary:
The Application Support Analyst will provide support and maintenance of UI Path application.
The support analyst will be part of Production Support team in a customer {internally} facing ole, to drive support of.
The ideal candidate will need at least 5+ years of experience in Application support. The support analyst will ensure consistency and synchronization across infrastructure components.
The ideal candidate will also work on performance optimization and maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining technology as required.
The aptitude to contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel
A track record in training and mentoring individuals on application support and delivery disciplines
Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture
Work with developers and application owners to implement the change & document it
Troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raise by either end user / automated monitors
Perform Disaster Recovery Tests.
Implement and fortify monitoring program through application monitoring tool.
Responsibilities:
Design solutions utilizing RPA best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery
Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios
Document configuration best practices, create and maintain solution documentation
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
Self-starter, ability to proactively push for clarity where ambiguity resides, such as proactively working with the business analyst team on technical and data input requirements
Ability to understand the bigger picture from an overall integration architecture perspective
Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
Skills:
Business process automation
Robotic process automation – UI Path hands on experience strongly mandatory
Experience with some or all of the following programming languages is preferred: Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.)
Hands on experience with Troubleshooting and Debugging
Good knowledge of windows server, Virtual machines and SSL
A strong, demonstrable record of customer service. The support analyst will need to understand customer needs and build effective relationships with business users. The support analyst must be able to convey plans, issues and concerns to clients and team members in clear, logical and concise manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills. The person in this role will spend significant amounts of time working hands-on educating and training customers, and patience and will be a key to success.
