Role: DevOps Engineer

Locations: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the development deployment and maintenance of scalable and reliable applications
• The role involves automating infrastructure improving CICD pipelines and ensuring system stability security and performance across environments

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain CICD pipelines for application deployment
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code IaC tools
• Manage cloud platforms and ensure high availability and scalability
• Monitor system performance availability and reliability
• Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to streamline releases
• Implement security best practices across applications and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain documentation for processes configurations and standards
• Support incident management deployments and release activities

 

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent

• 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with CICD tools eg Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps
• Handson experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP
• Proficiency in LinuxUnix system administration
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools Docker Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools Terraform ARM CloudFormation
• Experience with version control systems Git
• Scripting knowledge Shell Python or similar
• Understanding of networking security and monitoring concepts

 

Good to Have:

• Experience with configuration management tools Ansible Chef Puppet
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
• Experience in Agile DevOps environments

 

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50- 60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
