Role: MuleSoft Integration Engineer

Locations: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve issues related to MuleSoft APIs data flows schedules and backend integrations
• Troubleshoot integration failures involving AWS S3SQSSNS
• Perform log analysis reprocessing of messages and environmentspecific checks
• Apply configuration fixes mapping corrections or minor code adjustments as needed
• Validate integrations postdeployment during release cycles
• Perform routine operational tasks health checks queue monitoring retries and cleanup
• Work closely with the onsite Integration Lead for triage and direction
• Provide timely updates in ticketing tools ServiceNowJiraetc
• Participate in RCA discussions and contribute to knowledge base documentation
• Follow established SOPs runbooks and escalation guidelines
• Ensure SLAs and quality expectations for support tickets are met
• Support continuous improvements in monitoring automation and alerting

 

Skills Required:

• 5 years in integration support or development
• Working knowledge of MuleSoft DataWeave connectors flows API policy basics
• Basic understanding of AWS S3 SQS SNS or similar cloud services
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for logs connectors payloads and error traces
• Experience working in a ticketingbased support environment
• Good communication skills to work with onsite leads

 

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50-60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
