Job Description:
Hand on experience in Scripting
Onsite and offshore Lead
Requirements:
·         Sr. Performance Engineer/ Performance Program Lead:
·         Experience leading large programs and portfolios (a line of business) for E2E PT
·         10 years of Performance Testing and Engineering experience
·         Drive performance strategy for programs and portfolios
·         Lead onsite and offshore resources
·         Drive performance testing feasibility assessments and estimations
·         Facilitate resource allocations for assigned projects
·         Drive solutions for new technologies
·         Drive NFRs and performance strategy for large programs
·         Extrapolate tests results to recommend production capacity
·         Hands on Load Runner experience to script and execute tests as needed
·         Experience of working in Agile and DevOps environments
·         Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
·         Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks
