Role: Scrum Master

Location: Dallas, TX (locals only)

Duration: 6+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTION:                                                                                                                                                                         

•                     Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity, quality and capabilities of delivered assets

•                     Ensure the team contains all the needed competencies required to complete the backlog

•                     Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies in collaboration with the Enterprise Product Owner

•                     Ensure team supports entire lifecycle of delivered capabilities, including feature development, defect resolution, site reliability, capability enhancements.

•                     Communicate with main organizational stakeholders

•                     Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality and deliverables that support business goals

•                     Monitor schedule and cost performance

•                     Identify key metrics covering all aspects of team performance, including code quality, team velocity, process alignment, etc.

•                     Remove impediments encountered by the team by facilitating conflict resolution within the team and by working to solve problems with other Scrum teams

•                     Ensure that team has access to all tools, systems, environments, and other necessary elements required to work at highest efficiency

•                     Ensure that team collaborates transparently and objectively with other teams, sharing methods, lessons learned, designs, code, etc. as necessary to support organizational learning goals

•                     Guide and coach the team on agile method principles and practices

•                     Prepare and automate reporting and dashboard supporting the progress and success of the team

•                     Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, as well as enterprise/scaled agile approaches like SAFe, LeSS, etc.
